How Much Does a Mobile Notary Cost?

Best Mobile Notary publishes typical line-item pricing so you can estimate an appointment before booking. The final total depends on travel area, timing, number of notarial acts, facility access, and whether witnesses need to be provided.

Current typical pricing

Paper notarial acts are $10 each. Typical mobile travel is $35 in Roanoke City / Roanoke County and $50 in Botetourt, Craig, or Franklin. Same-day, evening, or weekend convenience is +$25; provided witnesses are $40 each; and hospital / nursing-home facility appointments add $25. See the full pricing table and example packages.

Ask for the total before booking

Describe the appointment accurately: location, timing, document type, signer count, approximate number of notarizations, and whether witnesses are needed. That gives the notary enough information to quote the appointment rather than surprise you later.

Travel is part of mobile service

A mobile notary is bringing the appointment to your home, office, hospital, care facility, or other agreed location. Travel and scheduling convenience are separate practical parts of the service from the notarial act itself.

Urgent and after-hours requests

Same-day, evening, or weekend appointments may involve different scheduling constraints. Best Mobile Notary confirms availability and appointment details before the booking is considered set.
